Rights and inheritances on files that are erased

Good morning,

For a while now, I've had security issues with files. (The inheritance of the folder is deactivated and there is no longer any right to it).

So it says "Unable to display current owner".

To resolve the problem, I change the position administrator back to owner and reactivate inheritance.

This helps temporarily resolve the issue before it reoccurs.

The folders concerned are those of WEB browsers.

For Chrome for example:

"C:\Program Files\Google\Chrome\Application"

"%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data"

I specify that the PC is in domain and on the latest version of Windows 11, up to date.

Several positions are affected. (Dell)

The antivirus is not the cause because even without it, this happens.

I also don't see any GPO that conflicts with this topic.

I gave myself domain admin rights for testing.

So I can see the owner: The “Domain Admins” group

Only the System has total control over the files, without inheritance.

I would like to have opinions or suggestions on this subject because at the moment I'm dry.

Thanks for your help.
