Power App - Gallery Search, sort by and assigned to

Hello,

I have a question regards power app.

I have created a gallery in power app and under items I want only the assigned work to that staff to be shown while the staff is using the app (should not see other staff assigned work and there is assigned work column in the table). Plus to this, user can search by a specific thing (country code for example) and want a sort the gallery from A to Z. I tried using below code, but I cannot get any result (error).

Filter(Search(TableBSP,Assigned To = User().FullName, txtSearchBox1.Text, "CountryCode")

TableBSP - Table

txtSerach = search box

Appreciate if you can guide me how to make this works. Thank you.
