Can't signup to Azure

Question

I am from Egypt I can't verify my phone number when I signup to Azure, I don't receive text messages or calls and after few trials I always get this

We’re unable to validate your phone number

Phone validation is required to confirm your identity and complete signup.

Reenter your SMS verification code, or try again with a different phone number.

Can you please try this and let me know the results?

1. Leave the mobile number without the leading 0 in the “broken” phone number box.
2. Select “Use a different number to verify my identity”
3. Select a country code and enter the same mobile number without the leading 0 in the second phone number field
4. Select “Verify”, “Text me”
5. Validate using the text received
