App crash because of Microsoft.ui.xaml.dll in WInui3 Application

Hi Team,
We are encountering an app crash of the application which is developed using windows app sdk(1.3.230602002).
Below is the screenshot of the app crash details from event viewer
Could you please help us to review and give some resolution details for this.
Steps we followed to reproduce this issue:
- Install the app
- An external monitor is connected to laptop.
- Under System display, click the 'Duplicate these displays'.
- set "when I close the lid" to "Do nothing" in Control Panel.
- Launch App and click on Max/Min buttons 3-4 times.
- Close the laptop lid and wait a while, the AWCC will be crashed in external monitor.

Whether you could reproduce this crash in a blank project --> not in blank project but WInui3 application developed with multiple functionality which is crashing after installing into the laptop when when we connect the external monitor is connected to the laptop.(as mentioned in the steps above)

Crash is happening when we follow the above steps.
Normally when we run the app from visual studio, its not happening.
Crash happening when we install that app in to the other laptop and connect external monitor.

2023-11-09T02:09:55.87+00:00 I know it's not a blank project. I mean is that you could create a blank project and then add some APIs that may cause the crash to use the minimal sample to reproduce the issue. It makes it easier for us to troubleshooting the issue.

Whether you used some api to surveillance the monitor? Does it crash only when an external monitor is connected? Whether the crash occurs when the app is installed to another laptop?
