How to enable Views for SharePoint Pages?

I have some of the pages where i am able to see views like below image 1. But for some of the pages I am not able to see views like image 2 in SharePoint. I am using SharePoint 2016 that is on-premise. How to enable page views for the oages where there is no page views showing?

    Apologize for the late reply, as I spent a long time testing your question and looking for information.

    I have tested your issue on my environment, and I have the same problem as you with some pages showing the views. But there is no out-of-the-box way to set this view display in SharePoint 2016. It is very strange why some pages show the number of views.

    If you need to know the number of views for a certain file, you can navigate to Site collection settings > Site collection features > Activate the Reporting feature. After that, in the Pages library, you can see the view report for a certain page by selecting it and clicking on the Popularity Trends button.

    If you still want all the pages to have the same effect as the pages in your picture 1, I suggest you open a ticket and ask.
