Abut OME encryption Outlook

Question

I want to know If PDF does support outlook encryption or not
I have read many Docs but not found a single line saying it support on Outlook app (desktop)
At last I have tried my self and try to encrypt PDF it support encrypt only option but for do no forward option I think its not work because I can able to print it out
Not only PDF but also other files when trying to encrypt with do not forward option I can able to print it
Does not the Do not forward encryption restrict print , copy , forward?

Outlook Win 32 doesn't natively support encryption of PDF file attachments. Instead, you need to set up Exchange mail flow rules or DLP policies to apply encryption to PDF attachments first.
