For the last two days, I have been completely locked out of my 365 account. I am the admin of my business account. I am the only user. When I try to log in, it asks me to use the microsoft authenticator app. I had never used this before. When I downloaded the app, it asked me to enter my account information. When I enter that information, the app directs me to verify the login with the authenticator app. It is an endless cycle. I have a reset my password. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the authenticator app. I have called microsoft and made two tickets. Support will not call me and this is seriously affecting my business. Can anyone out there help me?
