E-Mail adress needs to change

Question

Hello,

My problem is that I need to change the name of a Co-Worker because she married and got a new surname. She wants to have a new mailing adress with her new name in it but also wants to have the Mails that get to the old mailing adress. I dont know how i change her name and how to detour the mails that get to the old mailing adress.

Please help me
