Teams Status won't update without user manually resetting status. and even that doesn't update across the board.

Below you can see she is out of office - but on her end it is set to in office and available. Tried restarting Teams on both computers.

    Hi @egevock

Do you have the same issue in Teams web client?

If there is no issue in Teams web client, it recommends you try to clear your client cache file by following these steps:

    1. If Teams is still running, right-click the Teams icon in the taskbar, and then select Quit.
    2. Open the Run dialog box by pressing the Windows logo key+R.
    3. In the Run dialog box, enter %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams, and then select OK.
    4. Delete all files and folders in the %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams directory.
    5. Restart Teams.
