Dear Microsoft Support,
I am writing regarding two Microsoft certification exams (AZ-104 and AZ-800) that I had scheduled but were cancelled without my request.
I registered and paid for the AZ-104 (Microsoft Azure Administrator) and AZ-800 (Administering Windows Server Hybrid Core Infrastructure) exams through your website under my Microsoft account email [firstname.lastname@example.org] and Microsoft Certification ID 991941478.
I received confirmation emails from Microsoft and Pearson VUE showing the exams were scheduled for this November. However, I then received notice from Pearson VUE that one of the exams (AZ-800) had been cancelled due to technical issues on their end.
When I contacted Pearson VUE support, they advised me to check with Microsoft to have the cancelled AZ-800 exam rescheduled, as they were unable to assist further. Unfortunately, when I log in to my Microsoft account, I do not see any record of the AZ-800 or AZ-104 exams.
I would greatly appreciate if you could look into this issue and help get both exams rescheduled under my account. The AZ-104 exam details are: Registration ID 441581810. The AZ-800 exam details are Registration ID 443331502.
