No prompt to input MS authenticator code

Question

Hi team could you help me with MFA Issue.

I shared a Ms teams folder to a colleuge to an diffrent organisation to mine .

1-At the first time he access to the sharing folder successfully it generate the code and MS Authenticator allow her to add the code display.

2-Now Ms authenticator not allow her to type the code anymore when try to access to shared folder .

I revoke the Mfa user and configure it agan still not wor

-i connect to myprofile.microsoft.com delete the autheticator method then add it again it allow me to type the code now . but when try with the folder shared it ask me to type the code Ms authenticator not allow to type the code now.

i sahre the same folder to a friend he access successfully at the first time and the next day same issue .
