outlook cannot add new accounts

I do software development outsourcing, when I log in to the page https://www.netsuite.cn/, I will jump to the second-level authentication, and send a verification code to the email address

But this email address is a guest account provided by the customer

When outlook adds a user, it will jump to the authentication interface of the customer company, but the tourist account cannot use this authentication

At this point, you need to click back to the login meeting at office365 and log in using the mailID and password
