Can't open a protected view excel file

Hi All,
I am not able to open a protected view excel file for last two days. I pulled out a report from NetSuite or Salesforce in xls format (xml spreadsheet 2003). It showed excel windows with processing but it took hours and hours but didn't open. I opened in task manager it showed 1 excel was processing but it showed 8 excel was processing. Same file I can open in different laptop. I am using office 365 for SMB. I tried to uninstall 365 from add or remove program and then reinstalled. Then I tried to open and no luck. then I tried to modify and used online repair tool to repair. Then I tried to open and no luck. At last I used uninstall toolkit from Microsoft to remove 365 completely and installed again but same problem persisted. Screenshot 2.jpgScreenshot 3.jpgScreenshot 4.jpg

- Click File > Options.
- Click Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Protected View.
- Make selections that you want.

2023-11-09T04:18:50.0866667+00:00 By default, all are selected but I unticked "Enable protected view from outlook attachment". Still same problem.

This issue started sometime last week and was affecting the protected view files from the internet, choice. I disabled that as a quick fix, and updating the Intel driver fixed the root issue. I just did this to a newer Lenovo Laptop. I updated his driver, rebooted, and turned the PV choice back on. No warning or error.

2023-11-13T15:33:30.17+00:00 I found a reddit post from MrJones011"I ran into this issue after manually updating the intel iris Xe Graphics driver the latest version (I tried 3 versions) to troubleshoot some other application issue. I had to roll back to 31.0.101.4575. There is a bug with the latest Intel video drivers in regards to Protected View."
