i can't sign in to my bussiness account office 365
My problem, in short, is:
I have a Microsoft Business Office 365 account
I added this account to the authenticator app by scanning the QR code initially when registering the account

My problem
1- I did not save the QR code that I used when registering for the first time
2- I did not add a backup email or phone number to contact in case a problem occurs
Now I cannot add my account to the app because I do not have anything of what I mentioned
Every time I try to log in, I am asked to approve the request through the authenticator app
Unfortunately, I cannot add this again even though I have the password for my account
Now I have two questions
1- Either I find a solution by adding my account again to the authenticator app
2- Or if I find a way to open my account without having to use an authenticator app
Unfortunately, I contacted customer service many times and did not find a solution
Can someone help me log into my account again?
