I am writing to express my keen interest in leveraging Microsoft's API to enhance the pronunciation assessment feature within a literacy application for Cambodian students spanning from middle school to high school levels. The primary aim of this application is to facilitate accurate Khmer language pronunciation.

As I explored Microsoft's offerings, it came to my attention that there is currently no dedicated pronunciation assessment API available. Consequently, I have been thinking about the use of the Speech-to-Text API as an alternative, with the added capability of measuring the difference percentages between the actual word pronunciation and the user's pronunciation.
