Couldn't start ADF Managed Airflow: Internal Error

I was trying to start new Airflow env in addttion to existed one, but keep getting the same error:

No matter how I configure Airflow env it still failed to start.

Looks like an issue with ADF airflow service issue. I have seen this issue couple of weeks ago where it caused due to a regression and product team has fixed it. But if you still continue to notice this error, please share below details so that I can work with internal team to check if this issue caused because of the regression we had in the past and request them to fix it from the backend. Kindly share below details for further investigation.

ADF Instance name

ADF region

AirFlow name

Airflow IR name
