Tell me how to properly organize the deletion or marking as spam of emails that were sent to the organization’s users’ inboxes. When I, as an administrator, became aware that all mailboxes of the organization received spam mailings and the letters ended up in the inbox. I want to send all these emails to trash or delete them. Hi @Danissimode ,

For current situation, you could use the Content search feature to search for and bulk delete the spam mails from all users' mailboxes in your organization. For detailed instructions, you can check the document below:

Search for and delete email messages

In addition, to help prevent this occurring in the future, you can also take a look at the zero-hour auto purge (ZAP) feature which retroactively detects and neutralizes malicious phishing, spam, or malware messages that have already been delivered to Exchange Online mailboxes. It can find and take automated action on messages that are already in a user's mailbox.
(Note: ZAP's search is limited to the last 48 hours of delivered email. )
