Hi @Robin Chen,
What is the difference between Word online, Excel online and PowerPoint online on Microsoft/Office 365 and those on Office Online Server (OOS)?
The main difference between Office for the web on Microsoft/Office 365 and those on Office Online Server (OOS) is that the latter is a server product that provides browser-based file viewing and editing services for Office files. OOS works with products and services that support WOPI, the Web app Open Platform Interface protocol, including SharePoint Server and Exchange Server. With OOS, users can also view Office files that are stored outside SharePoint Server, such as those in shared folders or other websites. However, the feature availability may differ between Office for the web and OOS. Sorry that I can't find a resource that compares the functional differences between the Office for the web and OOS.
Is there a way to have the same user experience on OOS?
There is no way to have the same user experience on OOS as on Microsoft/Office 365 since they are different products with different features.
