Hello everyone I have many of my customers who, since they installed the kb5031354 update, turn on their PCs and the mask appears: THE USER PROFILE SERVICE WAS UNABLE TO ACCESS. UNABLE TO LOAD USER PROFILE. I turn off the PC and it starts again with a tmp profile, I turn it off and on again regularly, with the correct profile, while for others after a couple of hours of work the whole system slows down and they are forced to turn it off and on again. In the folder under C users, create as many tmp folders for as many users as have been configured on the PCs. I read everywhere that it is a problem that affects many people but there are no fair solutions. How do you solve this problem by avoiding Formatting because it would be a disaster. greetings and thanks for the replies

    Hi @Marco Farma

This issue may be due to an error during the update process or a configuration issue after the update. You can try the following steps to fix this:

    1. If the problem persists after restarting, try using System Restore to restore your computer to the state it was in before the update.
    2. If the above steps don't resolve the issue, try starting your computer using Windows Server Safe Mode and then uninstalling the KB5031354.

    Hope it helps.

    Kind regards,

    Lei
