I'm trying to get my head around email in Odoo.
I've setup the OAUTH app in Entra, added all the relevant users and added this into odoo via Settings>Discuss
I've added all records to the DNS of the domain in question
For some reason - I'm still not getting emails coming into the database and I've setup the Odoo database to point directly to our domain.
I get emails through the main catch-all email inbox but I am not getting mails for the Helpdesk feature which has its own Shared Mailbox setup in M365 of email@example.com.
I've followed all the steps required but I don't see how these mails are getting in without setting up a IMAP server, I've also now tried forwarding mails to the original email Odoo set when originally setting up the database and this address no longer exists.
Can anyone help me out?
