Hi all,

Any help is appreciated

In AD We have "password Never Expires" enabled. But for some reason there is one particular user that get password change prompt on laptop every 3 months. seems to can't figure out where the conflict is. Checked GPO, Local user /windows setting etc. Not able to find anything from AAD logs either. But nothing seems to be working.

    Hello (Admin) Pawandip Kaur,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

You can check if you check the option "password Never Expires" on user Properties.
    User's image

Also, you can check if you deploy FGPP in AD environment. FGPP has a higher priority than the default domain password policy.
For more information about FGPP, please check link below.
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/archive/blogs/canitpro/step-by-step-enabling-and-using-fine-grained-password-policies-in-ad

And run command to check if this user applies FGPP: Get-ADUserResultantPasswordPolicy username

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any question or concern, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,
    Daisy Zhou
