Does this issue occur when you try to log in to OWA?
If so, it's suggested that you could try again now and see it can work, as sometimes this error is just temporary and might clear out automatically in a few minutes.
If the issue still exists, please contact your administrator to check if the subscription of your account is active or if you are assigned a license, or any other settings about your account.
