    Hi Peter Diroff •,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

As I understand you want to create SQL Server account in Azure.

Search for SQL Server in Azure Portal and click on Create New Server to see below screen:

Fill in the details and your SQL Server account will be created.

Let me know if you have further queries.

    Thanks

    Hi Peter,

I am not sure what you mean with SQL Server Account in Azure. You can basically go to your Azure Portal go to Azure SQL and hit "Create" and then choose between SQL Databases , SQL managed instances or SQL Virtual Machines
