Cannot enter discount code or schedule exam for AZ-900

Question

Hello,

I am currently trying to obtain the AZ-900 certification, however I am unable to get the discount code for the course that should be sent to my company email address. I am also unable to schedule an exam through Pearson VUE.

When given the prompt to enter my company email, I did just as asked but never received a discount code even though this is definitely enabled and has been used by other people within my company.

Furthermore, skipping the discount and trying to schedule an exam also does not work and I get a red box telling me to reach out to support which is what I am doing now.

I am using the latest version of chrome on a mac computer running the latest OS.

I have included a screenshot of the form straight after I click the blue button which should schedule an event with Pearson VUE.

Please advise me on how I can proceed as this is a time-sensitive matter.
