Microsoft 365 Personal - Can participants from other countries able to join me in a Teams meeting?

In Microsoft 365 Personal plan - If I host a Teams meeting, are people from other countries will be able to join me? For example I live in the US and started a Teams meeting online, are people that lives in other countries will be able to join me in that meeting? or only people that also lives in the US are allowed to join?
