Forgot my windows pin, can't log into my account to reset it because it's a personal account, what do I do? I need my pin to verify it's me on my word log in.

MS Office got deactivated on my account. I needed to log into my account in word, but couldn't because I don't know my PIN (never use it). I tried to reset my PIN but to do that I need to log into my account but can't use a private account? I don't have an account that's not private, what do I do?

    On the login screen, look below the PIN text box. If you see “I forgot my PIN”, select it and follow the instructions to reset your PIN.

    Try resetting it using your Microsoft account password. Go to account.microsoft.com, select “Sign in” and follow the instructions. Next, select “Security”. Under “Password security”, select “Change my password”, then enter your new password.
