I am experiencing an error when i try to start the new outlook preview.

How do i fix this error message.

Does this error occur just by opening new Outlook?

Can you log in normally on your browser?

What is your client version? If necessary, please update to the latest version and try again.

Please check the time zone settings of your Outlook client and make sure that they match the time zone settings of your Exchange server.

If the time zone is set correctly, please try clicking on Troubleshoot and check if there are any prompts.

Check if the time zone of your Outlook client is correct?

I get the same error message when I try to open Outlook. I am not able to check the Time Zone for Outlook since I am not able to open Outlook. How do I check that the Time Zone for Outlook is correct?

I have the same issue when I try to launch/open Outlook on my PC. The time zone is correct on my laptop, however I am not able to check the time zone for Outlook since it does not launch.

Opening the outlook mailbox online and changing the timezone in the mailbox settings to the same timezone as the PC did the trick for me.

I found a solution which worked for me, log on to the Outlook web mail in your browser, go to settings (cog logo top right) select Calendar and check the Time Zone location, it should be set to your location as per your PC.

I also turned off "When I travel across time zones ask me if....."

Try Outlook New and see if it works.

Thanks, I just reinstalled my laptop and moved to the office365 from the 2016 version. Had this issue while switching to the new outlook. and your solution fixed it right away
