Note:

1.The user logging in to the computer is a domain environment.

2.Win10 users within the company will not be affected by the taskbar regardless of whether the policy is turned on or off.

3.Policies implemented on gateway devices. Function: Mainly to restrict access to websites.

Computers that have not joined the domain environment may also experience the disappearance of the taskbar when connected to the company's network.

The taskbar disappears with Windows Explorer not appearing in the process list.

Win+x can call up the taskbar, but the win key cannot call up the menu.

At present, after preliminary investigation, if the policy is enabled, Win11 users in the company's local area network will see the taskbar disappear. If the policy is turned off, it will not occur; Disable the network card connecting to the company's local area network, and it will not happen afterwards.

So it was preliminarily determined that it was a network problem. I don't quite understand. The network should not affect the system settings. @.@

    Hello

The issue you’re experiencing with the taskbar disappearing in a domain environment on Windows 11 Professional seems to be a complex one. It’s interesting that the issue doesn’t affect Windows 10 users and seems to be related to certain network policies. Here are some general solutions that might help:

Unhide the Taskbar: Check if the taskbar is set to hide automatically. You can unhide it by going to the Settings app (Windows key + I), switch to the Personalization tab, click on the Taskbar option, expand Taskbar behaviors and uncheck the box that reads 'Automatically hide the taskbar’.

Restart the Windows Explorer Process: Windows Explorer is responsible for the taskbar. If it’s experiencing problems, the taskbar may disappear. You can try restarting it by opening the Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc), locating the Windows Explorer entry, right-clicking on it, and selecting Restart.

Re-Register Microsoft Store Apps Using PowerShell: Some users managed to restore the missing taskbar by re-registering the system apps on Windows 11.

Check the Windows Projection Settings: Incorrect projection settings can also cause the taskbar to vanish. Press the Windows key + P on your keyboard and select the ‘PC screen only’ option.

Delete the Iris Service Configurations: Iris service on Windows is responsible for fetching Windows Spotlight wallpapers and providing lock screen suggestions. If this service is not configured correctly, you could experience issues.

If these solutions don’t work, it might be a good idea to reach out to your network administrator or IT department, as they may have more insight into the specific network policies in place at your company.
