There is a Windows Server 2019 English Standard Edition server in the environment. When remotely accessing this server from the PC, an internal error occurred; error report: An internal error occurred, error code: 0 x 4, extended error code: 0 x 0, already It affects the operation and maintenance work of the business. To troubleshoot, we need to collect more information:
- Did you make any changes, configurations or updates before the issue occurred?
- Can another device access this remote PC?
- Is the remote desktop service enabled on the remote server?
- Are the RDS client and server in the same subnet, or do you need to use VPN to connect?

Our Server is always online and all other local PCs with Windows 10 can connect using RDS.
All of them are in the same subnet.
The only problem is on my local PC running Windows 11 Enterprise can NOT connect to this Server using RDS.
I always get the error message:
An internal error occurred, error code: 0 x 4, extended error code: 0 x 0
