Migrate Print server from 2012 to 2022

Hello,

we have a print server on a Windows Server 2012, and the print server uses secure printing. We want to migrate the print server to Windows Server 2022. What's the best action plan to do that without impacting users (Windows 10 and Windows 11 users)?
