clone image to another pc

Question

I have a windows 11 laptop , everything installed to it , I want to clone the whole image to another laptops ( same model ) , would advise what is the best free tool ( eg. ghost , clonezilla , or other ways ) is easy can do that , without unplug the HDD , as this is laptop , it is not easy to unplug the HDD and do the clone disk , is it ok to have way to clone the image to usb , and then clone it from usb to other laptop ?

or another good way to do it ?

Clonezilla is generally considered to be the best free disk cloning software because it is the most powerful and versatile option. You may also try Macrium Reflect Free Edition.

1. Create a Clonezilla bootable USB drive.

Download Clonezilla from the official website and use a tool like Rufus to create a bootable USB drive.

2.Connect the USB drive containing the Windows image file to the target PC.

3.Boot the source PC and the target PC from the Clonezilla USB drive. [ change the boot order in the BIOS or UEFI settings].

4.On the source PC, select the "device-image" option and choose to save the image to the USB drive.

5.Once the image has been saved, disconnect the USB drive from the source PC and connect it to the target PC.

6.On the target PC, select the "device-image" option and choose to restore the image from the USB drive.

7.Follow the on-screen instructions to restore the image.

I want to try clonezilla , I found the below official site to download clonezilla , but it seems only have linux version

What I want is clone it from existing windows , would advise if I need to find a windows version of clonezilla and install it to the windows ? or I have to unplug the HDD from the laptop ?

I only find the linux edition .
