Good morning, when using the remote desktop against my laptop, after a few minutes or seconds, the connection drops. Checking the event viewer I have seen the following critical errors.

I have updated drivers and Windows 11 without success.

I don't know what exact driver you are referring to, since it may be due to having updated a long time ago to uninstall and install again, but nothing appears wrong.

Viewer Error:

The Microsoft Remote Display Adapter device (at location (unknown)) is offline due to a crash in the user-mode drivers. Windows will try to restart the device 5 more times. Contact the manufacturer for more information about this issue.

Hello, those were just two options that I had located and I have verified that I have them like this, but as you say, they will not work. But thanks for sharing. It happens to me that I log in, it works for a few minutes but then it starts to crash after a while every time I log in. I wouldn't want to have to reinstall Windows to test :(

Hi. I have the same problem. I reinstalled drivers for graphic card, changed settings "Use hardware adapter for RDP sessions" and "Use WDM drivers for RDP" in group policies, and there's nothing.

Can anyone help with the problem ?

Same issue, the two "fixes" did not work for me either. I have the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 display adapter.
