Enterprise Application removing licenses from the users

Hi All,

We had a big issue few days ago where some users lost their licenses. When we checked the log files, we found out service principal that removed licenses and name of the application but we don't see that application no where in our tenant. We checked entra ID and found all our enterprise apps but not that one? What is going on? Can someone help?

    Were these old licenses that were no longer valid ? Microsoft will pull those automatically at some point.

    What was the name of the service principal?
