Cannot access https://aka.ms/LearningAssets.

Question

I can not access link https://aka.ms/LearningAssets.

It always shows an error like:

Problem type: user is not found in the directory.

I used my own learning+certification Microsoft account and my work account (as we are Microsoft Learning partner). Same error both times.
