I have a datagridview which is read only . It displays some data

Now further trying hard to add three child rows whenever the user selects a row presses a key combination shift +enter and undo show these child rows whenver the user presses again the same key combination . Any suggestion on getting the below result

This kind of display is not suitable for DataGridView.You should consider using ListView.
