How much would it cost to use Azure OpenAI API?

Question

I see the api price is the same with openAI's, but it seems the api price is not the only one that would be charged but there's the 'resource/subscription price' I should pay to use Azure OpenAI. Am I correct?

Background:

1. I need Azure subscription to use Azure OpenAI.
2. I need Azure OpenAI Endpoint to use Azure OpenAI API service.
3. I need Azure 'resources' set up before making an openAI model deployment.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Also, If i'm correct, I wonder if there's standard/average price(including the resource price) per month for using Azure OpenAI API service(although the price may differ according to the amount of API used).
