We are having trouble with Azure id is users can not use teams access denied is there a way to find out what email is the admin of the azure

Hi
We are having problems with our teams accounts on our domain name
we cant access teams on some laptops it says the person does not have permission and we need to contact our admin
we have no idea who the admin is and what email was used.
if we sign in to the portal we get a error that the account is not on the external tenant list
the only services we use is office 365 and teams
any advice would be great

Yes, you can find out who the admin of your Azure account is by logging into your Azure portal and going to the "Users" page. From there, you can see a list of all the users in your account and their roles. The admin will have the "Owner" role. If you are not sure how to log into your Azure portal, you can try searching for "Azure portal login" in your preferred search engine
