How to login with the Microsoft Certification ID and Temporary Access Code?

Question

I have an existing microsoft account. After achieving my Microsoft Specialist certification, an email was received.

"Access the Microsoft Learning Benefits and Exams Dashboard within 90 days of certification. You will need to create a Microsoft Account. Your Microsoft Certification ID and a temporary access code are below." What should I do to have my certification appear on my existing account? Thank you.

I have cleared cookies and logged in using incognito tab and it resolved my issue.
