Scheduling DFSR Replication times

Hi there, in order to reduce file lock time in my DFSR servers I'd like to schedule the replication instead of replicating all the time (the default setting is 24\7).

Before changing this critical setting I want to know the full consenquences of the following action. any data-loss scenarios or anything that comes to your mind. I'm using Windows Server 2016. So if anyone has done this setting change and can share his results it'll be great!
