Hello dear community

I just encountered this problem when creating the subscription.

I live in Morocco and my bank card is valid. I followed the steps. I don't understand this error? please help me sort this out.

    Hi Jessy,

    The Azure free account is available to all new Azure customers who haven't previously had an Azure free account and received a USD200 credit.Just check the mail address if you have used it in past? If not there could be other issues affecting this also check the FAQs https://azure.microsoft.com/en-gb/free/free-account-faq
