I can't get the videos to play - I have tried following steps in an earlier post to log out go incognito and log back in but still these aren't playing. Screenshot attached.

From your question we understand that video is not getting played as shown in the learn path during your learning. We tried multiple times from our end in playing the video and we were able to play the video without any issues. Kindly find the screenshot attached for your reference.
Please follow the below mentioned options to resolve the issue.
1: Sign-out from all the tabs in the current browser and clear the cache files and try login again.
2: Sign-out from current browser login and try to login from an incognito window/private window.
3: Switch to a different browser and try login again.
After successful login, continue your learn path journey.

Hi, I've tried all of the above but still no luck, I've tried logging out and going incognito and I've tried another browser (edge) and still the same problem persists. I've also tried clearing the cache but still nothing

so, let's do some troubleshooting:
1.What browser are you using? Does it work in a different browser?
2.Do you have any addons (ad blockers, etc.) in use?
3.Are there any firewall restrictions/office setting?
4.Do you have a slow connection (did this not load in time)?
5.Are you able to view videos from other sources (like this How does Microsoft Azure work? video)?

Just checking in to see if you were able to get the video to work. I did test the video on some fresh VMs I created in the US and SE Asia using a couple different browsers (including Edge and Chrome). Everything was a vanilla setup so there shouldn't be any issues there.
That likely means there's something that's been configured on your end that we'd need to troubleshoot. Looking at common culprits after browsers, adblockers, and firewalls, there are a couple things to consider like trying a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5) to make sure you are loading the most recent video, looking at possible VPN interference, and even disabling hardware acceleration in the browser.
I suspect the quickest way to see what you are running into would be to look at the Network tab in your browser's developer tools after you refresh the page and then attempt to play the video.
