I have servers that are scheduled to get updates from Azure Update Manager, On the maintenance configuration, it allows a maximum of 3hours 55 minutes maintanance period, as a result most of the updates are failing because of the time. Is there a way i can increase the maintenance window period?

The upper limit on maintenance window is 3hrs 55min. Ideally, it should not take more than that period to install updates on a machine. Can you please provide details on operating system type and how many updates are pending on the machine?

2023-11-16T08:13:43.2233333+00:00 Apologies for the delay- OS Version is Windows Server 2016 and 2019 Data Center. There are 3 to 4 Updates pending.

2023-11-16T08:35:16.5533333+00:00 @Laxson Paradza , As it is taking 3hrs to install just 3-4 updates, there is something wrong happening.
Need logs to analyze this further.
- Download the log collector from below location, run the exe & share the generated zip folder.http://aka.ms/wucopylogsexternal
- C:\ProgramData\GuestConfig\extension_logs\Microsoft.SoftwareUpdateManagement.WindowsOsUpdateExtension
Please provide the logs, alternatively, you may choose to open a support case as well.
