AZ 900 Link Microsoft account with Pearson

Question

Hello Team:

I'm planning to appear for AZ-900 exam. I'm trying to create profile but it says invalid number.

After reching out to Pearson, they said to contact Microsoft to link my account with Pearson.
Can anyone help me in this?
