Unable to download the Microsoft PL-300 exam certification from my Microsoft learn prtal

Dear Microsoft Certification Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address an issue I have encountered regarding the PL-300 exam certification and its visibility on my Microsoft portal.

I successfully passed the PL-300 exam on November 5th, 2023. However, despite this achievement, I have been unable to download my exam certificate or even locate the certifications option within my Microsoft portal.

I have followed the usual steps to access my certifications, but unfortunately, I cannot find the relevant section to download or view my PL-300 certification. I have ensured that I am logged in with the correct credentials associated with my exam registration.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or support you can provide to help me access my PL-300 certification and ensure its visibility within my Microsoft portal.
