Need support in custom speech

I need to build a custom Speech model on top of the baseline 20231026 Whisper Preview. It takes only audio + transcript data for training and testing, and I have provided over 10 minutes of audio data. However, it is not deployable.

I need your expertise to troubleshoot the deployment issues I encountered with my custom Speech model. Despite following the documentation, I haven't been able to achieve successful deployment. Your guidance and support in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.

Regional support is another consideration.

The Whisper model via Azure OpenAI Service is available in the following regions: North Central US and West Europe.

The Whisper model via Azure AI Speech is available in the following regions: East US, Southeast Asia, and West Europe.
