Hi ,

We have a General computer that serve multiple users.

The computer is connected to Azure AD .

The users should work on the same account .

We have to set MFA to the account .

Is there an option to make several users to use the same authentication?

maybe something like authentication group?

Thanks,

Raz.

    Hi @Raz Aspir

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A.

Unfortunately it is not supported for multiple users to share one Azure AD user account, technically you can share the password and configure up to 5 authenticator apps, and 3 phone numbers for one user account but it is not recommended, the default MFA method will receive prompts when other users attempt to login.

If the device is Azure AD joined, the users can all login to the device with their individual user accounts and have unique profiles.

Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns and I would be happy to help.
