Hi,

Earlier this week, when installing a printer, my Windows 11 gave a "Blue screen" and restarted.

When restarting, it stopped at the bit locker recovery screen, and didn't go any further from there.

I don't even remember ever activating this from the bit locker.

I've already followed all the steps that are recommended, but whenever I click on "Manage recovery keys", I get an error "Try a different URL
We have nothing to show you on this call. Instead, try looking for what you want."

How to solve this problem?
I've tried everything!!!

Thank you very much for the complete lack of help and support from Microsoft.
One of the largest companies in the world, which doesn't give a damn about the problems of its customers who give it money to earn...
So I have my computer blocked because of Microsoft, but the bullshit Microsoft portal doesn't give me my recovery key or give me any justification for having blocked my computer, nor does it give me any support...
    Spectacular!!!
