Impossible to edit existing Conditional Access Policy or create a new one

Question

Good day,

I cannot open any of the already existing Conditional Access Policies nor can I create a new one within the Microsoft Entra admin center. I can open the main module without issue (Entra admin center --> "Protection" --> "Conditional Access"), but when I click on any of the already existing Policies within our environment I am stuck at the loading page. Same issue, when I try to create a new Conditional Access Policy:

I CAN however create a new policy from template - that module is loading correctly:

Troubleshooting steps done that didn't work:

1. Tried accessing the Conditional Access Policies via Edge, Chrome & Firefox - all three browsers + incognito Windows
2. Tried accessing the Conditional Access Policies from a different Account, which is also Global Admin and Conditional Access Administrator - same behavior
3. Cleared Cache of all browsers and tried again from both Admin accounts - same behavior

Does anyone know the reason for this issue and - more importantly - a solution?
