Dear Experts,

I'm trying to find out if there are any step-by-step articles instructing how to perform in-place OS upgrade via SCCM. The background is that, we used MDT to deploy our original OS to the client machines, most of them are running on Win10 Pro Education 2004. For some reasons we need to upgrade them to Windows 11 Pro Education without losing any of the existing data, application or user profiles.

Any advice?

Our SCCM is ready but I also configured it for software deployment for now, I'm totally lost how to use it to upgrade existing Win 10 clients.

Thank you very much for your time and help.
