HASHBYTES with a Memory Optimized table

HASHBYTES isn't allowed with an In-Memory table in an Azure Managed Instance. Nor is CHECKSUM, or BINARY_CHECKSUM. What is the alternative to creating a hash field, that's deterministic so I can add an index on it, with an In-Memory table?

Thank you. We've had to move on from this since there didn't seem to be a way to make this work, and the in-memory objects were going to be too much of a re-write of our application. I appreciate you following up on it.
